- Based on the legal grounds of “it is expressly provided for by the laws” under Article 5/2(a) of the KVKK and “it is mandatory for the data controller to be able to perform his legal obligation” under Article 5/2(ç) of the KVKK, for the purpose of fulfilling our legal obligations arising from Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed by Means of Such Publications and the relevant secondary legislation.
- Based on the legal ground of “processing of data is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller, provided that this processing shall not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject” under Article 5/2(f) of the KVKK, for the purposes of ensuring the security of the website, detecting and preventing cyber attacks, and increasing system performance.
4. Transfer of Personal Data As a rule, your transaction security data, such as log records and IP addresses obtained during your mere visit to our website, is not shared with third parties. However, in the event of a possible cybercrime, legal dispute, or legal obligation, this data may be transferred to legally authorized public institutions and organizations as well as judicial authorities (prosecutor’s office, courts, etc.) in accordance with Article 8/2(a) of the KVKK, within the framework of the procedures and principles stipulated in the legislation.
