This text has been prepared by the Data Controller, Attorney Mehmet Salman, to fulfill the obligation to inform our visitors who fill out the contact form on our website regarding the processing of their personal data within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Are processed for the purposes of establishing communication with you, answering your questions, and managing appointment processes, based on the legal grounds of “processing of personal data belonging to the parties of a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract” under Article 5/2(c) of the KVKK, and “processing of data is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller, provided that this processing shall not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject” under Article 5/2(f) of the KVKK.

Any sensitive personal data (e.g., health data, criminal convictions) that you may voluntarily share in the “Your Message” section of the form can only be processed if you provide your explicit consent.

3. Purpose of Transferring Personal Data and Recipient Groups Your collected personal data is not shared with any third party, institution, or organization domestically. However, since our office’s email infrastructure is provided through the “Google Workspace” service, if you contact us via email by filling out the contact form, such data will be transferred abroad in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK, solely on the condition of your explicit consent, as the infrastructure servers are located abroad.

4. Method of Personal Data Collection Your personal data is collected electronically by fully automated means through the completion of the contact form on our website.

5. Your Rights Under the KVKK You may submit your requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK concerning your personal data processed by us to avukat@mehmetsalman.av.tr at any time, using your email address registered in our system, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
